How do I book an appointment with Radiantskinandbodystudio?

We use GetTimely for our booking system. You can easily schedule your appointment online through the book now page.

What is your policy for changing or cancelling an appointment?

We require at least 24 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.

Do I need to pay a deposit when booking?

No, we do not require a deposit or any upfront payment when you book an appointment. Payment is due after your treatment is completed.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds on services or products. However, if you are not entirely happy with a service, please let us know, and we can offer you a discounted price on your next treatment.
